It turns out, it’s pretty straight forward!
Service contract*
Up to 1.5 hours of consulting given in up to two sittings, within 10 days of payment, though usually only one sit down is needed. If for any reason no mutually agreeable time can be found for these consults in both parties schedule, the consulting fee will be refunded. Please ensure that you have time to sit for a consult in the next week before moving forward. Within 6 business days of the consulting session or sessions being completed, Infinite Synergy Solutions will provide the signee a written report in PDF format, detailing what kind of website and technology plan they need. The report will be delivered by the contact email provided by the signee. As soon as this report is delivered, the work fee becomes non-refundable. If the signee chooses to move on to the next stage in the process within 30 days of receiving their completed report, this fee will be applied toward the balance of the next workshop, consult or project with Infinite Synergy Solutions.
